Replaced some Rotting Spruce Trim
This customer was having his house painted. The painters found some dry rot and could not fix it. This is a common problem in this area. The builders were using Spruce trim on most houses of this era and it just doesn't last. There is a similar product now that is Cedar to replace the rotting Spruce. We got the call on a Friday and we got done on Saturday so the painters can start prepping on Monday!
New Fence Gate
This customer bought a fence gate kit and lumber but did not have time to install it themselves.
Replaced rotten wooden railings with Clear View welded metal railings — strong and clean
Bathroom rebuild after a leaking shower pan caused major floor rot. Love how the glossy shiplap, subway tile, and matte black fixtures turned out!
Installed customer-supplied pre-finished Hemlock trim — clean lines and a beautiful natural finish
Exterior trim replacement featuring Forrest Trim and Hardie Board — low-maintenance and long-lasting
Designed and built a new deck ramp structure. Customer completed it with composite decking and cable railing.
